Crashes on Java 18 and above when trying to load media/clothing/clothingItems/Iochi Marī1.xml on some systems

This corrects the issue for me on Linux, but won't work on Windows: LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8 %command%

When i try to use it on my server it keeps crashig it. and i cant figure out why. Q-Q it throws out errors for Hayase Yūkabunny1 and then just dies.
Kind of sad since i really wanted to use it.
dont know if i am the only one with those issues though since nobody else seems to have said anything like that :/

the models look nice though :3

42版本意味着我要把所有的角色重做，我有这个打算但是我还是想先做完赛马娘，我现在积累了相当多的碧蓝档案模型。

小浣熊把角色的骨骼都改了，而且这个算是我的早期作品了，瑕疵很多我也懒得修。目前我没打算更新42，我看见有人上传了我的模组，不过听别人测试后效果很差。

for people wonder while some of the model cause some heavy lag because some of them is heavy load of polygons. Misaki Model has over 100k polygon and Kazusa is 80k polygon (not sure about the rest) due to MMD model don't have Normal maps for detail.
