Likely the problem was the fact that this mod hasn't been updated recently
It now has been updated though and should be working perfectly again, at least with the races added by the Grineer Mod

Hi, I'd like to report a compatibility issue. The 9336 prototype doesn't seem to work correctly with the More Combat Animation (MCA) mod. It would be great if you could look into it. Thanks for your amazing work on this mod!
