Oh the sticker is transparent. Dw about that, really wish valve would add team stickers though

that doesnt sound like a good habit, even for presentation purposes. when you are presenting to the masses you should aim for how it actually looks in-game with minimal highlights and whatnot that dont drastically change the paint and make it look something entirely different from your intentions.

also, from a technical standpoint, team colored stickers dont exist in the code, so you'd have to imrpovise by making the sticker transparent.

It's just Team Spirit, I normally brighten and increase the contrast on thumbnails because that's how YouTubers get views.
