The main settlement Spread to Ruin has a normal probability adjustment, but the minor settlements have a 5% chance because of the settlements added this time.

i also tried combing Skaven Underground spread chance with khorne building chain, it didnt work. maybe i used the wrong table, will try again later.

@Shatilov I tried setting the target for adjacent regions but it doesn't work, I guess I overlooked something or the script that controls it has some parameter that forces it to be in the same province. In any case, I don't want to overload it too much as it would minimize the skull mechanics and that's not the intention either.

you should consider making them colonies adjacent regions, not only same province.
