on heavy it seems the bullet shells around the shoulder and waste clips with the jacket to much, what you could do is see if you can find a way to clip it all the way, so that it looks like the amo is going behind the jacket.

I really like this, only thing i would say it needs to do better is the colour, the red feels waaaay too dark, brighten it up a bit and its solid

The current length is about where it would sit on him if he wasn't wearing his long coat underneath (in hindsight I could've made it a little bit longer), it's just that the undercoat is making it look a bit short. Making it long enough to cover the undercoat would probably be possible technically but I'm sure it would look a lot weirder than it currently does, we'd have to redesign Soldier's into a more trenchcoat-y type of leather jacket to make that length make sense and we wanted to keep it consistent between the two. Will look into extending it a little though

I'm assuming stretching a jacket to fit 2 different classes of 2 very different sizes is very taxxing on the tris, so making Soldier's long enough to reach the bottom of his default coat probably wouldn't be doable.

Emphasis on probably, because the only person who knows is the person that modelled this.

Soldier wearing longer jacket underneath the cosmetic looks a bit goofy, maybe changing the lenght?

Heavy's bullets clip horribly by default in just about every animation, nothing that can be done about that sadly

looks slick. shame it doesn't clip well with bullets and its shorter on soldier

Thats not possible unfortunatly, due to the lack of a bodygroup option to remove them.

I think it would look cooler on the soldier if you took off his ammo belt and undershirt

I think the jacket looks especially good on soldier

It's good, but it being shorter on soldier feels super weird
