It's a simple and fun hat. I like the idea but I feel that all class is a stretch, I think this'd work best on just engi and maybe pyro.

It's well made but I don't think it looks the greatest, as well as it being another all class hat. This seems like an engineer hat forced on to other classes. I can't see it going well with any actual loadouts, considering this hat is marketing itself as a "funny meme hat", with all the potential loadouts shown using "wacky and goofy items" instead of actual loadouts.

It's very wacky, but also fairly simple and not offensive. I definitely wish the helmet had more going on to make it more interesting, but as is it's alright.
