You've detonated a lot of bombs. This is a visual bug and cannot be fixed.

To add multiplier damage you need to rewrite the logic of the bombs, I will not make such edits, because the mod is very crooked initially. I'm just trying to fix most of the bugs. Without adding new features. But if it is possible to add this function, I will report about it.

alright, because i was using the v2 rocket against some npcs and only 1 of the npcs died

NPCs die properly from most explosions. But from nuclear explosions in particular, they die from the fire of those bombs.

does this actually damage npcs properly instead of just tickling them?

Epic mod! it actually works without crashing.

For example, press the E button on the bomb. And throw them.

@ Neverlight : I had 2 instances of Garry Bombs installed. I forgot to uninstall the other one. It's working now, legit! I spammed some Endo and Exothermic bombs on gm_flatgrass_remaster and it's working perfectly now.

I can't reproduce the problem. I have no issues with bombs exploding. Disable other addons and try again.
