@AMaskedS Well, it's a game, Half-Life 2: Episode Two. But there is an addon on workshop with Ep2 content, so you don't have to buy it if you don't want to.

@Neatest @Zekky Thanks for info, and sorry. Despite what I wrote earlier, you need Ep2 content mounted. It turns out I had Ep2 mounted in 'mount.cfg' all along but I totally forgot (facepalm). So that's why I thought this map doesn't require any additional content... Sorry for inconvenient :( So, yeah HL2Ep2 is needed (or addon with Ep2 content).

@Spell_Whomstve Yep, you're right. Fixed it. Somehow Gmod was reading custom textures from HL2 Ep2 folder even unmounted. Everything should be ok right now... I hope. Prayge
