No paitnable eyes either, the orignal item creator didn't give the item any sort of paint region.

You can't, Valve haven't accepted this set into TF2 yet.

I hexed this mod for posing purpose from Mods(dot)tf when the site wasn't stuck in permanent maintence.

there seems to be an issue with the ears. they're just pointing forwards and downwards, like the angle is inverted from the way it's supposed to be.

Ey Tinkersaint, if you use Pac3 and use the model and bonemerge feature it might work (Some bonemerge properly others don't)

They are used to be bonemerged onto the TF2 Ragdolls using Rubat's Easy Bonemerge Tool addon

You spawn the ragdoll and cosmetic first. then you right click on a ragdoll, and then you left click on the cosmetic(Click on the effect ring if the cosmetic have no physics). and then you right click to attach it to the character's model

This does not work on playermodels tho.

Sometimes it makes me curious too what cause Steam to randomly do that.
