ppl saying "the arms too big" you need to right click the hand or what you want to resize then add "add scale settings" or something with scale in the name then rescale it

you would need to scale down the hand bone for that

Has anyone figured out a way to hide the hands while he has weapons out? They're too big to just ball up and slide back into his forearm.

this is very good port But plz fix the bones, he looks terrible when you add rig to him, its a great model but it cant be fully use cuz of that. https://files.catbox.moe/lgpaf9.png

i know it was supposed to be like that that's why both of the weapons have bones instead of sliders

Again This could be the right thing to do for custom models from Blender, and I only just opened him up. I really love the sliders for the arms for the guns and blades. For an animator this is a handy setup.

Some thoughts. I think what you did with the materials is well done, but I don't know what you did with the mesh because when I opened him up in SFM he came with his gear out, and he's loaded with a lot of .SMDs. I figured out how to put the weapons away, but you may need to cut down on the .SMD files you put in for the model. https://gyazo.com/20fc3304f59cb4a17fc6f99c589fb54d

there probably wont be anymore tfp models this was just a one time thing since i released my optimus model but anyways i've made more tfp but their for blender only and you can buy them if you want but if i do decided to port one i'll upload it here but i wont be taking requests or anything hope this message hasn't gotten stupidly long cause just wanted to make some things clear.
