@sand Maybe because some players like customization? No one had problems with paint until a small minority complained and now everyone complains about paint regions. Like people have said before, paintable cosmetics are a coin: you can't have neutral browns or tans without having pinks and greens.

The beard could be brought up a bit more , ending higher and farther back on his face.
Otherwise , incredible cosmetic.
