I fixed the problem - i forgot to change .vmt textures path (because it was integrating with weapon base) so game just could not find textures, WHICH was packed with weapon base addon

missing textures

There is a serious problem with the textures. If the addon is downloaded then it will be without textures (did not appear even re-downloading the addon) but if I download the other addon which requires that weapon base then the texture are there (even if the base is missing or disabled).
You need to either mark the other Particle Disruptor addon as a requirement for the textures (the ARC9 base not necessary) or pack the textures with the addon's models or there will be no textures for the weapon.
