Sadly impossible to progress Vaulter's quest which requires you to build expansion district

@Corrupted Slime this is my first EL mod, and i donk know is how to do that. The most i can do - add to new districts models of other disricts in game

If this came with new models for new types of districts, I'd probably use this mod.
