Since loading this mod last didn't work. Searching for other muzzle flash
textures is the only option I guess...I hope this is the problem.
Gosh mods are so confusing sometimes ...:steamfacepalm:

yeah bit odd that. likely one of those has files similar in it, search Muzzle in textures and delete theirs, OR in mod menu click load order and set this to last

If I'm using firearms that are and aren't compatible with this mod at the same time
the mod doesn't apply at all? I'm currently using VFE, Gunrunner, TLOU.

Vfe is built correct yes. Brita? not so much.

That's..quite a shock. but surely Mods like VFE or Brita should be compatible right?
I mean they overwrite vanilla so they must use the same muzzle flash

Yeah just tested with vanilla and it works fine...doesn't all the firearm mods uses vanilla
muzzle flash though?

not every gun mod is made properly unfortunately. try shooting a vanilla gun to test

For some reason this and the other muzzle flash don't apply to my game.
I'm really confused. Can other weapon mods have effect on this??

unfortunately there are limitations in place to stop that becoming a reality, if i get past them sure

Seems, fine, but maybe to make them bigger to see more dramatic gunshots
