the green... spark? texture looks like spit

Color choices are just horrible.

I brightened up the purple a bit, it will take a minute for the promos to update though

The idea is interesting, I think sticker and green texture contrast a lot with the darker textures though, and I think it might help to either bump up the purple and black or tone down the green. I'm not big on the sticker itself either, it really just ruins a lot of the weapons for me that I think would look much better without it.

Unfortunately sticker placement is defined by the base and is not something that I can control, the warpaint system is very limiting

The sticker placement could get some work, like on the Medigun, Sniper Riffle and Minigun, probably would look better if it didn't have it on them.
Could it be posible to put it on the Sniper Riffle's scope glass?
Anyways the textures are really nice.
