Ah, there is a trick to avoid that. Press C just before getting to it to make the tires 'jump' very slightly. This will avoid the nose hitting the ground and let the tires get a hold. Once you do that it rides fine.
Sorry about that. The design is based on an existing truck IRL so it was as close as I could get it. If the ramp were a 3x1 instead of the 2x1 then it wouldn't hit.

This thing looks insanely cool. Sadly it turns into a bomb when going up ramps.
