I know what an actual iron lung is, I just didn't think anyone would be interested ion having that in the game and so the only other thing I could think of that made any sense was the sub from Iron lung.

Not sure what you mean by the iron lung? The sub from the game with that name? Sadly submarines don't work so well in the game after changes to how floats work.
