EDIT on Step 3: When I said that You should Extract The "Required" Folder, I was trying to say that You need to put the "Colors" Folder out of the "Required" folder.

@ShadowReaper-X you can simply get those gloves by doing the following

1.Download The Original Version on Gamebanana.

2.Once it's done downloading, proceed to going to
C:/Steam/steamapps/common/GarrysMod/garrysmod/addons.

3.Once you've done that, Simply Extract Your Color of Choice out of the Required Folder, then inside the "Color" folder, pick one of the two choices, then put it in the addons folder, then simply put also the "Required" folder inside the addons folder.

4.Launch Gmod and Enjoy!

Uninstall all addons, then unsubscribe from any other texture mods, and re-install the game.

i got rid of all possible addons that could be conflicting but it just wont work any help?

That's most likely because you have another addon conflicting with this one.
