Awesome. Didn’t think this would be possible due to the lack of space in the UI. I think it’s perfectly okay that the changeling doesn’t get this.

Makes kairos more unique.

It’s be great if you could also give kairos suggest target army/settlement again.

And if it’s possible to give kairos a tech or skill that upgrades halt army to halt faction, that would be top. But it would also be fine if he’d have halt faction from the start. It would make his faction more unique.
