I envision like, a scout or spy wearing these and like you just hear squeaks, and then just be like "He's in the waaaaaaaalls......."
II kind of brought that cosmetic set up, along with the Bozo's Bouffant, but those are Halloween restricted. Almost as if it's supposed to be a costume that spy is gonna be wearing during Halloween because trying to run around in clown shoes is a chore. And yes, there is a set for pyro that isn't restricted, but like I said, it should be treated as an exception, not the norm. Like, I don't know about you, but I don't think a hired gun that's fighting in a war would wear big bulky clown shoes year round.
One more thing, the excuse of "that's been the game's visual style for years." is a bad one once you look at the deluge of mediocre trash that was added into the game for the while. And things have been getting better, but it seams when the autumn season is upon us, we see a flood of mediocre shlock, like this.

i agree. this being all class would make it compatible with any future clown sets. aswell any of the other clown sets & cosmetics on the workshop who haven't at all been added yet
