1) I noticed the lag too in my test(especially when I play it on my laptop). It might due to the code of graph refresh, I'll try to make some research and upgrade to deal with it later.
2) These bugs sound like Cirno would like to do xd:lunar2019laughingpig:(as Yousei's childish jokes). It should be related to the code of start item giving, I'll find a way to fix that.

overall a nice mod, glad to see the strongest Gensokyo girl conquering the basement, but I have a few complains:
1) it's kinda laggy
2) bug report: if you take Schoolbag while having Found Soul, the extra active slot will be occupied by a second copy of IceFrog, and if you take a different active for the second slot, on the next floor, it gets replaced by IceFrog and you end up having two IceFrogs again, which made me lose my D-inf because I gulped Found Soul earlier lmao
but yeah, overall, I liked it, especially the fact that it's a pretty challenging character due to The Wiz
