When there's 2 separate items you can pick up (so not choice pedestals) in a room and you pick up the one that isn't quality 1 or 0, it spams the "ugh" sound until you either leave the room or pick up the item. I had binge eater as well so maybe it happens when items roulette from one to the next but, not a huge issue just thought it was something I should bring up.

I tested the issue you explained though I am not sure exactly what you were trying to say, I didn't encounter the problem, the sound does play when a new item is introduced but that seems like a positive more then anything, if you're running any other mods that could be the issue, other then that please describe your issue again.

if you pick item while 0~1 quality item is in this room, ugh sound keep repeating and character is shaking like wild
