The only way i know how to dela with that problem is like this:

1: Spawn the light or a projected lamp from this shine it on the character
(Addon linked in the bottom of my comment)
2: Slightly lift the character from the ground.

for some reason when I bonemerge it to an engineer the cosmetics get dark and weird, any Idea on why?

Unfortunatly there isn't a ''No Cigar'' style. the creator of the set would also have to make 3 seperate styles that removes them from the other 3 styles aswell if thats the case.
