Hey, im curious what the differences between this and the complete edition of the mod are.

To all of those who are bitching about this mod and saying is not worth it STFU. Literally just STFU. If you guys just understood what really goes into this mods like this there would be more amazing mods like this in other games too but its always people who bitch unnecessarily and ruin the experience for others.

Now for those who are interested GO FOR IT. This mod is so fun and amazing that a friend of mine recommended me Realism mod for WaW and i came back to bo3 and have more fun than before with this mod. It just takes a lot patience to see which custom map works and which ones dont work. Of course it would be cool to use the complete edition or this one with dlc maps but its okay i still have fun with what i have 😁.

Reading a lot of these dumbass comments like saying to avoid this mod because of custom maps when about 85% are ass makes me wish that people who have worked with the sdk can only comment. Good work with what you have done so far and look forward to seeing what else you make.

Stack and MW: Docks both work (I checked). I recommend reinstalling them and trying again if problems persist. I'm guessing perhaps the maps didn't install entirely or something to that effect. It's possible for your Steam Workshop downloads to reach "100%" and then start over again, so be wary of that. Generally the Steam WS (at least for BO3) is sort of buggy/unreliable.

Amazing mod and I appreciate having a list of all compatible maps, but some of the maps on the list still crash with the mod loaded. Didn't know if it was something I was doing or if its a bug from one of the updates in the past

One observation I've had is that the people most likely to comment are those who either have something very positive or very negative to say. Or random bug reports (which honestly may be the most helpful). But it's typically one of these two extremes. Negative comments are not necessarily bad, it just depends if the complaints are valid/constructive/etc or not. I'm not a fan of people whose expectations exceed what's reasonably accomplishable.
The mod will have further improvements over time, so I'm glad you like it as it is, but for now I'm busy with other things.

Most of bo3 players who give negative comments are lazy fat asses that want somebody else to do everything while they eat doritos. This mod is perfect. Even if it only work in some maps, the fact that it even works is impressive. Thanks

Nope. Everything is free. This is called "Lite" Edition because it has reduced content. You can look for the Complete Edition on my Steam Workshop or profile for the full experience.

To further clarify some things:
BO3 is almost a decade old. With something as ambitious as this mod, I am constantly hitting engine limits, even when I cut out half of the content (Lite Edition roughly halves the weapon count and removes most of the Assault streaks, plus some other optimizations).
98% of the issues you'll run into when trying to combine it with a map will be due to engine limits and not any sort of scripting error or mistake on my part.
So there is no "figuring out" anything for the majority of maps that are incompatible unfortunately. It sucks, but it's a harsh reality. Sorry that your experience wasn't better, but to improve it, I'll need better feedback than what you've provided.

@Toximisity What you fail to realize is that this mod revamps the entire game, so you need to have realistic expectations of what will work with it. It works with plenty of maps, just not the ones you're trying. It would've been helpful if you said which ones you've tried. For example, the Call of the Dead remaster doesn't work with most mods that add weapons. There is a sizable list of confirmed working maps. You can contribute by expanding upon it or informing me if one of them no longer works. Please refrain from leaving feedback that isn't constructive like your comment.

@koriebonx98 Thanks. I'd like to do an MP mod eventually, with similar weapons/perks/etc. You can use the already built-in server browser to find matches, but I recommend playing in a party for co-op instead. I won't be adding in weapon customization or a progression system.

I would not recommend this mod to literally anyone wanting to use it for "Custom maps" it doesn't load on TONS of maps, including maps that have literally NO ADDED CUSTOM ITEMS into them. Just stick to vanilla maps and stick to the complete version, until something is figured out to make this actually a more compatibility focused version of the MWZ mod, it's not worth downloading in its current state.

I was playing a high round run and in between rounds, with self-revive, the game just killed me. There was nothing, and in the middle of the game over screen, i could see the words "reviving [myname]" and i was so confused. Is this a problem anyone else has encountered? If so, could you please fix this? I love this mod so much and I would really appreciate being able to get my full enjoyment out of it :)

F (red) → D (white) → C (green) → B (blue) → A (purple) → S (gold)

@DCInHD I've considered it, but it'd be an annoying thing to implement properly. If I ever did add it, I'd probably only have it as an option for Classic and maybe other survival modes.

Do you have any plans to make the MWZ guns toggleable? I like the guns, don't get me wrong, but I would sometimes prefer to play with the guns on specific maps, like Mob's BOII guns, aside from that, it's a FANTASTIC mod!

If you're trying to play on Killhouse, it's clearly stated at the top of the description to not use it with the mod.

Disappointing indeed that I am hitting all sorts of engine limits with the changes in 2.0, but that's outside of my control.

The Classic version of MWZ Lite is still available to play (linked at the top of the description) and works with all of the stock maps for your convenience.

Disappointing that this mod despite being lite doesn't work with main dlc maps.
