according to consoles, even with sv_consistency 0 on my launch options set and custom server content set to none on my multiplayer settings, the mod and particle mod keeps making conflicts with others client and trying to get them to download kro_hand when joining and causes them to crash or get kicked when I do local lobbies

I think I see now. The particles are in a separate mod altogether. Can you put up a link somewhere here as well so others don't make the same mistake?

it was the custom particles. I posted my comment there

but is there a texture for the tongue tho? bcus the tongue go crazy when its shooting or dies
