Броу классные аддоны, но есть одна проблема, связанная с текстурами крови, они сильно растягиваются.

похоже, что у тебя почему-то нормали не докачались. возможно, конфликт с одним из аддонов. попробуй установить второй аддон из этой же серии, "combine punisher" и проверь.
