I don't know If this can help, but I found a way to add ambient occlusion to the model. Also played around with the textures a little bit so that I could get a version that is similar to the one in the previews. Unfortunatly I don't know how to show what I did T_T

So apparently you cant port metallic materials from sfm to blender normally and I have no idea how to do that. So I guess its stuck like this. I will avoid metallic materials in the future

nothing really, the model doesn't shine as expected, so maybe try and check the material again, update the mod and see if it fixes it.

@joney good news, the model texture now appears, bad news, it seems the model is not as shiny as the renders https://i.imgur.com/QDjiP3R.png
At least the model now looks as expected, so that's already good enough.

Ok, as a last resort i move the folder to usermod, i see if the model looks ok there

update: the model tells me that it haves zero materials, and still looks without textures. I swear, I'm not making this up and M'm sorry if I'm bothering you, but I'm trying to help fix this issue.

Works on my end. Might be something to do with blender to sfm conversion. Try decreasing the brightness of lights
