turn down main menu volume all the way to mute MCC default music

It's a cool mod BUT: You can't silence the MCC default music, so this is just a background mod.

I downloaded another mod of just the background menu for both OG CE and Anniversary and it's way better.

Hey Guys, just wondering if anyone knows how to stop the standard MCC Menu music from playing while we're in the menu for this mod? I hear this mod's music fine, but for some reason, it also has the MCC standard menu music playing in the background. Has anyone had this issue and found a way to resolve it? Thanks in advance. Cool mod btw

hey, the recent update broke basically all the backgrounds so i'm leaving a message to let you know

needs a no music version, wanted to set it to the CE campaign menu which plays the CE music anyway, same as the other games; so changing the music isn't necessary for all of us

The music in this is far too loud and the in game volume sliders do nothing to remedy this. Unfortunate since I do not like the Combat Evolved Anniversary theme, instruments are better in the original.

Sorry for the delay, I had some issues getting it fixed. But, it is now working with the newest update.

I'll update it when I get the chance.

Yea I'm experiencing the same thing. Both music tracks overlap and I can turn the menu music volume down but can't turn off one or the other. They're both treated as menu music.

#Trog Turning the Main Menu Music volume down shouldn't affect the sound on this. I don't know exactly what you are doing so I can't replicate it.

#Resistance T-850 Open MCC settings -> Video -> Configure Backgrounds -> Select Halo CE Main Menu -> Save.

Maybe I'm a complete ape at the keyboard right now, but is there any way to mute the vanilla MCC main menu music to hear the mod's music by itself? They overlap each other playing simultaneously and if I go to audio options and set the main menu volume to zero, so does this mod.

How do you get it to work?
