Nice reference that would make a cool Halloween exclusive cosmetic. One thing im not a fan of is the white dot on the eye, i know it makes it more cute and appealing but i would much prefer without it since its not really in cuphead, and it would also make the cosmetic more of a dumb and goofy style, more comedic than adorable.

As an alternative, it could, instead, be released as a Smissmas 2023 crate cosmetic, with Pyroland mode attached to it. Would make more sense since it's like a Smissmas/Pyroland equivalent of the corpsemopolitan, and doesn't have anything spooky/eerie about it like most Halloween-restricted items.

Regarding the corpsemopolitan, with the abundance of cosmetics that already exist in the game, I'm sometimes worried there'll just be no more space for anything original.

Big brain idea: What if, instead of this becoming a Halloween-restricted cosmetic, it's made a Pyroland cosmetic since it's got that cheery appearance to it that fits right in as the Pyroland equivalent of the Corpsemopolitan?

We have already a similar cosmetic for the Pyro that is a cocktail instead of the milk (corpsemopolitan). I guess its a nice reference and its fine but ONLY as a Halloween restricted cosmetic. Otherwise, it doesn't makes any sense at all. Even though we already have similar cosmetics like this one and not being Halloween restricted (Candy Cranium), it would be preferable to see this one only on halloween/full moon instead all year long. In summary, this should be Halloween restricted.
