@CARCAT, just turn it off in overlay menu, if it isn’t worked, try to check cfg files and turn it off there

how do i make this not automatically turn on every time i start a map it's so good but it pisses me off

@Viper0451 This is not supported at the moment, it requires more raw access to the audio output system, however you can use an equalizer for this, set the range to about 100-10000 hz(linear recording) and put some noise on top. There is nothing i can do, sorry.

Could you please maybe make some sort of sound filter to go along with this? The old grainy look combined with the crystal-clear sound doesn't feel right.

Bottom line effect does not jitter side to side like it does in the Camera Swep version

this effect fits well with Beta Aesthetics 3.0 like Enviorment (Half-Life 2 Beta with VHS effect makes it way look like a VHS Horror)

why is it that, when I activate the effect, the screen is red?

@FizzySoda I know, it would technically be quite uncomfortable. However, I think if you were to click the shader/effect's icon in the spawn menu, it will take you to some option settings on the spawn menu's right.

do i NEED to use console commands? why cant it just be an option in the settings?

Really great and realistic VHS camera, but its kinda recommended to copy and paste the console commands into a text document since it dosen't show all the commands in the game console because of how many there are. Overall really great mod, well done.

none of the settings work in game i have to use console commands

Hey idk if i did something wrong or if its one of my addons that cause problem but whenever i try putting a custom date it makes me this error message

@Adon1111222 turns out the issue was caused by using another effect (pixelation). for some reason the pixelation effect turns up the brightness for no good reason. thanks for the help.

@nxgr4 Try reducing the brightness.

when 4:3 is turned on, the black bars are not a true black. is there any way to fix this?
