The model props/snow/snow01 used in this map seems to be missing a texture in one of its materials. It's not the base texture, the checkerboard is gray, and a snow-like texture is visible underneath it. I'm not exactly sure what texture it is though.

Little bug fix update. Fixed some prop fadeouts and some misbehaving brushes. Things should hopefully work and look a bit better.

To address a few things:
-A day time and snowless version is available here: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2618637120
-Navmesh has been a bit of an issue plaguing this map (both I and others have attempted and it has failed previously) so one is not included thus far. If anything changes, I will include it in both versions.

would be cool to have the all prewar maps combined into 1 where you can take roads and drive around to the end into the coast tunnel but that wuill become limits to source sadly
