There are a lot of neutral colors all around so I am not sure. Maybe if the arm patches were updated to resemble Soldier's class icons with team colorization, it would be much clearer?

The whole set's idea is kinda meh, but good lord does this cosmetic look out of place

Soldier's also been given a lot of colonial/period clothing that could easily pair well with this jacket, so it's really not like the coat by itself can't work outside the set.

it is indeed completely unlike soldier's character to dress up in a silly costume for Halloween, you're so correct. he has never done that before
