I cannot imagine this will cause much lag. As lightweight as these are for your GPU, the most lag you might encounter is during icon generation.

These all have unique model names under the models/players directory. This shouldn't touch anything from Resurgence.

It's just that when I downloaded this content from the Internet, and when I installed it, the same NPCs from the Half-Life Resurgence addon, which works on the VJ base, simply didn't work.

There's no way this will conflict unless someone intentionally made an addon that would.
Almost no materials are included. It pulls whatever it needs from mounted half life source assets.
