Why is it called Legacy? There gonna be a from the ground up new mod to replace this as an update or something? Is that why it's called legacy? I thought legacy meant abandoned or older version.

A somewhat aged mod, but worth checking out at least once. Some notes going in:

Be wary if you put this in a mod pack, the mod adds a whopping 7 biomes on the surface alone, alongside the underground biomes and structures which tend to be *huge*.
This may take over areas for other mods to spawn npcs. More importantly, some structures have quest givers and if any fail to generate from other mod's structures then you have to cheat in the missing npc or else the rest won’t spawn.
The fable you spawn next to has weirdly strong enemies for how close it is. Travel around until you get at least platinum level.
Royal capital is even harder, but that’s at least far away.
Lastly, the underworld rift, the feeble sorceress, and the dragon at the tree are meant to be early hard mode, late hard mode, and post ml respectively.

This mods balancing seems to make early game extremely painful.
The constant enemies that somehow almost outscale hardmode and spawn in at all times makes it very painful to play.

Most recipes also seem to be like 5+ items at once, basically forcing you to use magic storage.

I got frustrated after the fourth boss in this mod because of it's insane damage.

I will give it a lot of points for being very atmospheric (biome wise), however.

I was actually going to ask if the author intends to continue updating this mod or not. What I'm seeing here is extremely high quality work that is greatly overlooked for things like Calamity and Thorium. A lot of heart and soul went into this one and it shows by the NPCs, the items, bosses and the like. For anyone who likes Terraria, please do give this mod a try!

最后的boss：歌瑟凡·伊斯太超模了，除了最开始的光轮之外，全部都是锁定的秒杀技能。背景墙的火焰特效也很大程度的挡住了攻击特效，再加上她还会瞬移到脸上释放突进技能，弹幕的超高强度使玩家不得不使用追踪武器，除了瑕光法杖没有任何一个能用。
我的修改建议：降低boss使用激光技能的频率，关掉背景墙的特效以及降低激光的伤害或在使用秒杀激光之前给玩家更多的反应时间。
最后，这是我见过特效最为华丽的模组之一，希望作者能多多优化

On server when my friend gets near the Fabled Wilds a MASSIVE black box with a shining texture blocks the entire area anyone know why?

越到后期射手和召唤的武器都太垃圾了甚至不如原版的武器，各职业的套装也都分类的极其模糊，boos太多秒杀技了而且蕊插入的时间太唐突了，一时间完全无法适宜这样的强度，而且必须要有无敌的饰品才能正常打这个设定真的太差了，主线引导也做的不是很到位，还有很多需要改进的地方，希望这个模组能越做越好吧

its okay so far, been playing about 2 days. enemy spawn rate is pretty ridiculous tho, the grave crystals spawn sooo many grave seekers that it makes mining so annoying. cant seem to find silver at all though, i find more iron than anything. kinda bumming me out. may have to get some silver from a normal world. playing a new game on expert is pretty damn rough ill say that

this mod is like an invasive species to my modpack, with the spawn area being flocked with enemies that are way too strong for that point in progression (i HATE these tribal bozos), bosses that glitch into structures of the very same mod, and the same annoying invasion being spammed multiple times. There are some good qualities, like the amount of content and nice looking sprites, but it's rough around the edges

The mod crashes for me when I try to load it, the only other mod I'm loading is a frame rate optimizer, if it doesn't crash it freezes, I'm like 75% sure it's either a size error or just that my PC can't handle the awesomeness of this mod, I really love this mod, I want to play it, but my computer is simply saying no, if there is anything you can do to fix this, I am begging you, please do so, I really want to play this mod

@Artleksandr So after months of procrastination I found out what mod causes the screen to randomly turn black with weird color streams in the fabled wilds. Remnant of the ancients is the issue.

i really like the content of this mod, sadly its so big that it just overrides most other mods that exist... wish there was a version with smaller and more adjusted biomes so i can play this alongside calamity/thorium/spirit etc

Some people say that NPCs in this mod will disappear in multiplayer mode, but in fact, this problem can also occur in single player games.
This issue occurred after an update at the beginning of this year, but I still haven't figured out what triggered it. Some people say it's because of the improved game, but even after uninstalling all other mods, deleting all the files related to the improved game, and reinstalling the Lunar Veil Legacy, this problem still exists. (Even new maps may still have this problem after the above situation occurs)
I think you need to add an item that can be used to regenerate all NPCs in this mod in the world to solve this bug.
