If you reload on empty, yes.

I don't know if it's correct, all survivors did not have an automatic reloading animation after emptying their magazines, and the animation will only play when they manually reload.

Simple tweak to Ellis's calm pistol idle to have him lower his right hand for slightly less snappy blending.
