The Router is God

The Living Internet is considered as a galaxy, and websites are planets, not creatures. The router is an external thing, although making the internet connection would be a funny idea.

I don't actually know that much about firewalls to make a creature out of them. I'll keep it in mind though

Trolls would just be Users causing trouble. Documents, videos and memes would both just be Files. As stated in the description of the Files: "They vary in shape depending on what type of file they are." So a Document would just be maybe a giant, wingless File, and a meme would just be the same as an image or video file or something, as most memes are just images or videos.

Interesting. Have you wondered how specific files such as documents work? Or what about the Trolls? How do the Videos work? And the Memes?

The different types of Viruses are all the same species, just deciding to do different things. A Spyware Virus is no different than a Malware Virus physically, it's only their behavior that's different. They also do not have a hivemind; they simply transfer the data to one another, although I may change my mind and create one someday.

You forgot to tell that the virus isnt just a new species, but a race of species. Like Malwares (absolute juggernauts of virus and burn anything it touches to an ash in seconds, even antivirus), Trojans (disguised viruses as files, which appear friendly but swarm unsuspecting prey), Spyware (spy on prey and give information to their hive mind), Ransomware (paralyzes prey until having the thing they want) etc.
