way too messy and busy and is harsh to the tf2 style in terms of textures. just kinda ugly in general.

Alright, a couple things to add/note.
Scaling up the texture could obviously do it good.
Showing off the various wears could also be handy.
Otherwise, good work - I've already told how I've nearly mistaken it for Damascus Mahogany, but I wasn't aware it was even the inspiration. Textures are different to it and there's no harm in essentially doing one better than before - great skin with a greater inspiration.

It feels quite busy, but for the look this is going for, I think that's more of a positive rather than a negative. Honestly looks really nice, great idea.
