Even boiling water takes 30 minutes with no skill.
You also don't get to select your favorite foods for stress and instead get a random selection.
But when i lying in bed, i try press every key on my keyboard, but i dont get anything. And now, me and my team sometimes fall. Help me please.
Is it possible to manually change the values for hunger/thirst/mood?
I think the mod is cool, but it requires too much eating and drinking all the time.
And the stress level, as soon as you lower it,
by the time you ask yourself what else you can do, it's already back to the max.

@Non1KK🎩: There is no button for it. You need a toilet and interact with it. The rest happens automatically.

This only allows to enable more of the features.
To disable features you need to instead use this command:
setcampaignmetadata identifier value
Whereas identifier needs to be one of the following:
force.hunger_thirst
force.bladder_bowel
force.mood
force.sleep
And value needs to be replaced with:
false
Keep in mind that existing characters will still have the features enabled and you need to create a new character to no longer be affected if you disabled something.
Maybe using mindwipe works too, but I've never tested it.

Let me know if there are any issues with it as I couldn't test it much.
Keep in mind the mod is checking for a "Captain" player to let them decide what should be enforced. If no captain was found, a random player in the lobby gets to choose instead!
@jazzzTeos: When lying in beds you can click on a button to start sleeping.
Stress can be reduced by eating or drinking your favourite foods and drinks listed in your extra talents or by being drunk.
@Non1KK🎩: Because only the campaign mode can write and read meta data from events. I'll see if I can make it compatible with other modes by using items and tags loaded via "extra cargo" server settings.

HE has been fully reworked with that update and implemented some parts of NEEDS like mood or sleep with compatibility features for previous NEEDS campaigns to convert afflictions into their new Hungry Europans equivalent which is happening to you, but since you still have NEEDS installed, it will constantly apply the original affliction and convert it to the HE variant instantly causing it to be reapplied by NEEDS over and over again.
So removing NEEDS should fix your issue.
Also keep in mind the Hungry Europans - Neurotrauma Compatibility Patch is currently not up-to-date. I'll try get it update this weekend.

@jakkapakkaman: A captain is unfortunately required as it is unfortunately not possible to check who the host/admin is so I decided to check for the highest in command which would be the captain.
And no it's not supposed to make you like everything. It's supposed to make you like up to 3 types of food and up to 2 types of drinks. If you got more than that, something went wrong.
Better to have one mod to configure the different aspects rather than one mod for each aspect.
This wasn't possible until recently when BaroDevs introduced the ability for modders to force-load an event each round. Now we can enjoy a much nicer setup while also not requiring Lua to be set up.
The only downside is that it applies on round start only so people joining late will only be affected by it when loading into the next round, but I think that's good enough and doesn't impact performance constantly.
Being drunk also reduces stress over time. The more drunk you are, the quicker you reduce your stress level.
If you're also playing with Immersive Ignitables you can smoke cigarettes/cigars/pipes to relax.
Everything is now XML code exclusively and done via ingame events running in the background at round start.

I'm currently reworking this patch to be fully XML based so no more Lua code that I'm unable to fix myself.
After reading the comments, I realized that I am not the only one with this problem.
Is there a solution to this problem?
