I like to think this is just unfinished and weaker copy of 3650. Advisor ordered to destroy it, but he escaped and full of revenge his on way of Arbeit complex where he met Clone cop after he exploded floor under Aiden and join forces with Clone. Then they killed tons of rebels/combine/xen creatures/ killed Mossman and then found Borealis where they killed or seriously wounded Walker and killed Advisor, but when they activated Borealis something went wrong and teleported in another dimension

@InfernalMailman I tried to keep it consistent with the Clone Cop design, i think the brain thing is part of the EZ2 lore cause you know Clone Cop removed a chip from his brain.
It's not a bad suggestion though, i could try making an alternative version after i got the GMod port done

ngl the exposed brain for the metrocop, metrocops being puny humans under the suit, would probably kill him... how bout you just put, like, idfk, shaved head instead of exposed brain there for immersion or somethin.
