@mugwump After Eight actually has a slight yellow/olive tint. I think that tiny bit of extra contrast from the subtle purple would be better. That being said, with RGB differences that small, DXT compression is going to muddle the colors anyways.

As it is rn, you executed this very well, just a quality war paint all around.

Imagine taking opinions seriously from the person who made Health and Hell. Anyways, I can't wait for the update to this submission that improves the already great grid texture to something better.

what else am i supposed to say about "green grid on black"? maybe if it were a bit monochromatic and used after eight's colors instead of looking like helldriver's purple-ish black it would look slightly better?

looks good, i like the sticker too. chips on the texture look great too. critiques given are quite odd, especially considering colour scheme wise it takes little liberty from Alien Tech.

The only thing I find iffy on this one is the sticker, but I hate stickers in general, if I'm being honest. Other than that, it looks great.

Easy down below nailed it on the head, though. You people can't critique for shit. The Natascha is already as dark as this is, if not darker. The green is muted enough to where it's not an eyesore and is only slightly brighter than Indubitably Green paint. The lines are just thick enough and the grid pattern is spread out enough not to feel noisy, but small enough to not just have a bunch of unused space between the lines.

These comments are pretty terrible honestly. The thumbnail is nicely done, the textures are well executed. No, the black texture is not too dark nor is the green too saturated. This concept is not everyone's cup of tea but you at least executed it well IMO.

The dark texture needs to be tuned down, pitch dark looks awful in game. The lines are thin which will translate poorly.
