is the voice in the video the only thing said? and by "always" does it mean every time i reload it'll play or every time the game would play the reloading sound usually, this replaces it?

I'm working on fixing it. Last update broke it.

press ~ to open the console and type snd_restart and press enter in the game i can not use

i have both of the always packs but it still has the default sound even when i enter snd_restart

To be honest, that would get annoying pretty quick. Not saying it isn't any good, but I certainly wouldn't deal with it for hours on end.
