Guys, I am so STUPID. I just realized Gmod has already EVERY SINGLE TF2 HAT, they are just on a file called workshop, player, and there they are! You just need TF2 installed, enter Gmod, on the menu, click on games, look for TF2, and select it, and there you are!

The Prohibition Opposition hat doesnt work properly. I cant access it with the context menu
