that's either a incompatibility issue with another SCP Mod that include SCP-035 or that's because you haven't searched for it in the toolbox search. SCP-035 can be found in the "Entities" tab on the toolbox. (that's the heart icon)

if you want, you could work on making the containment unit to surround the glass case container that contains SCP-035

I used tempered glass panes for the ones in the screenshots—they're a bit harder to break so I saw it as the best option—yet again, it depends on how you're going to be playing around with it; if you want the container to be easily broken into, you could use two glass panes, regular glass, so it would be easy to break into
