Update 2.0.0 is rendered in medium lightmaps, which is causing the lighting to go haywire. I wanted to push the update just for a quick play-test but in the future update the lightmaps will be updated to super again. Running a 5950x and even on a 32 thread CPU, rendering in super takes approx 4 hours vs. a 30 minute render in medium.
Splitting the map up by red vs. blue is also on my agenda, as it is very confusing to reference where you are for sure. The only reference point is the holograms which isn't enough.
Any more feedback I'll gladly take onboard! Thank you.
Some feedback:
- Put a shield door in the center doorway but leave the sides completely open.
- The dashboard area under each of the windows should have some holograms added, it looks a bit sparse.
- There are blue screens on both sides of the map, one side should be red so that it's easier for players to not get mixed up.
- The Energy Sword should be rotated 90 degrees so that it's easier to see.
- In the Energy Sword tunnel there is a lighting glitch making parts too dark.
- Replace the Bubble Shields with Deployable covers.
- When standing on those pear-shaped podiums, the ones with the Fusion Coil in between them, there is a lighting glitch that can make the player completely light up like a supernova and/or go multicoloured.
- I like that one side has an Earth hologram and one side has a Halo Ring hologram, but both need some smaller holograms around them, like holo panels, as it looks a bit sparse.
Thanks for making this available again.
