what about laceration??? if you stab your self with a knife it would be a deep wound but you will still get wound infection unless you got disenfectant AND IF YOU GET LACERATED YOUR NOT IMMUNE!!!!!!!!!

this mod singlehandedly gave me such an unreal amount of first aid exp through literal self-harm on my current run that my character is like, a surgeon at this point. can't recommend enough :spiffo:

Out of curiosity, would you be able to put all the options under another tab? Like label "Self-Inflict.." or something to avoid clutter when you right click a knife or a bat. Helps for those who have mods that add more options.

It´s meant to be more of a Roleplay Injury mod than anything, but I see no issue with adding the Scalpel.
