can't use the "defined" item without full charges, even though the description says you can

Caution：If you have played any game between any steps without 3,then you need to start from the first step
Benighted Isaac：
do it step by step
1.you need to be killed by SATAN with Tainted Isaac,and press ESC back to select
2.use Isaac to beat Satan in the next time you died
3.if you had finished 1 and 2,then you can play Isaac and use D6 in the first room,but don't roll any item in the first room you spawn
Benighted Magdalene：
do it step by step
1.make Tainted Magdalene to be the Sacrifice
2.hurt Magdalene herself for 36 times
3.if you have finished 1 and 2,then you will hear a special sould when you play Magdalene,then just make Magdalene die in 1min

And I have to say：the way to unlock these characters is piece of shit
