The mod itself works, however on multiple occasions I've had to set SV_Consistiency to zero to actually play with the mod, and the model itself doesn't seem to fit with the smokers skeleton, and it's only visible at a close range. Any further and it's a cloud of smoke, which is problematic on darker campaigns like Dark Carnival.

I believe that fixes the consistency error.

It's likely breaking consistency because the model is way too big. Think about VS mode, where if you're a zombie, the element of surprise and ambush is crucial. You can't do it with this humongous model.

Anyway, if it's literally invisible, I might like to have a look at it. I had invisible issues before, but it's probably solveable.

To make this to work with single player, type sv_consistency 0 in console. This works pretty much on every Valve server too.

yep, that would be server dependant with Special Infected. at least, the playable ones.

Some servers have something called sv_consistency 1, which means some mods will not work. not all, but some. some being fun ones too.
