when lambda players touch the gpoker it just spawns a chair in the middle and they just stand there doing nothing, the game never starts as well

To join, press E on the table when the countdown appears on the table 5, 4 3 2 1 ect.

The OG works actually yay.

I'm not sure since the workshop version of the OG lambdaplayers is outdated, however, StarFrost has came back to coding and now is working back on the Lambdaplayers.

What you could do is disable the workshop version, and download the github version since that one is more updated recently, not sure when StarFrost will update the workshop version.

is there a reason as to why when the match is all bots nothing happens but when there are 7 bots and 1 player (me) the game continues?

This does not, it reuses other voice types for certain events. Like winning uses Killed lines, losing uses death lines, ect.
