Is Tartarus's shield able to be destroyed? Cause I sent DRGBase NPCS with one-hit kill attacks and they dealt no damage to him

Yeah! The plan was to do just CE stuff, but I figured why not CE-ify even the unique enemies from other games. I plan to do the Flood Pure forms soon after a handful of bug fixes and improvements. Thank you!
