Which faction are you choosing for the players?

Might be a mod I have? I unsubscribed and subscribed again, and they still have American faces and voices :(

It shouldn't. They are all the same but with a different name to define which map they are on. Maybe steam isn't updating the missions for you. You could try unsubscribing and re-subscribe. That might force it to update the mission.

Does it change from map to map? This was happening on other maps not this Normandy one.

I added the voice/face to match the faction back in June. This map (Normandy) has always had it. Are you using a dedicated server that needs updating? I just tested both Altis and Normandy and both had faces/voices that matched the faction. So I don't know what is going on.

Is there a way to change the voices? No matter what faction I use the face and voices are the same. (American)

I'm not sure what you mean by 'wrong'. If you mean having the Germans as BLUFOR, the Spearhead 1994 DLC has the Germans as BLUFOR and French/USA as Independent. It wasn't my choice. My mission just shows the factions offered by the game for you to choose from. I don't classify them.
